"Hometown friendliness always! However, since it was only a few days before Christmas, it was a very busy day in the store. Therefore, the associates were very busy and unable to help to the extent they do usually. Which might also explain why the one that checked me out, didn't ask me if I had a coupon. Normally, they ask! It certainly helps when they ask since I have easy access to my emails/coupons on my phone. People in line after me were excited about their deals and how much money they saved with the online coupons. I regretted that I didn't get to save as much money as they did!"
