"Normally, I have a great experience with this store and its employees. However last night didnt realize the store closed and 7 and we arrived approx 6:30. Originally I was looking for childrens shoes and clearance items. I found a comforter and a couple items. I planned to utilize my coupon for Spend $100 get $50 off. When the 6:45 announcement was made, I realized the closed at 7 not 8 as I thought. I was trying to hurry to find a couple items to make the $100 purchase. When 7 o'clock announcement was made we headed to the register where the clerk was hurrying me through my purchases. I asked her to check for my circle awards available and she said nothing available. I had just received a message letting me know I only had a few days left so I know I had one. When I let her know this, she got very put off to let me know it was past 7. When I commented on her rudeness, she told me that she had not been rude and was that all I needed. I told her I had a comforter set back behind the desk and that I had a phone discount for the $100. She putt in the numbers and said It is not valid, I knew it was. She said swipe your card, and I said that the discount was valid. My sister, who was with me pulled hers up on her phone, it was scanned, and she replied again, not valid. Then after a couple seconds said It took it. Please check my Circle award again, I asked. She did, and this time it showed. She told me that they only have so long to get their registers closed down and that was why they had to hurry things along. I was really mad at her attitude as I left, but I will not hold this against the store, as I have always been treated very well there. This employee was not a good representative of Goodys normal experience. I will be back as usual, but will avoid this person."
