"My first time ever shopping at Goodys was probably about a year ago and I went in because I had received a coupon in the mail. Afterwards I had not gone back until about a year later after my mom said “You need to take your time and look around because they have some nice things. Not only did I find some nice tops but I also found for the first time in about 10 years a dress shoe that fits perfectly with a cushion inside. I am totally satisfied to this point with the quality of the clothes and ecstatic about my new shoes that I purchased today."

"My experience with this store was exceptional. I was greeted when I entered the store. The store was recently changed around and I did not recognize the departments. An associate was on the floor and I explained to her that I hadn’t visited the store since the recent changes and she walked me to the department I was trying to locate. She was so polite and friendly. To me that makes a difference in a person’s shopping experience. You never know the type of day a person has encountered, but to receive exceptional customer service with a smile is very refreshing. Dedra, the associate whom assisted me is always consistent whenever I visit the store. She is always very eager to assist and she makes sure that you found exactly what you came in search of before leaving the store."
