"I've been shopping at Goodys since my mom been working there,for over 10 yrs.But today I shopped there for an item and as I proceeded to check out I stated I would like to use my moms discount,which I've done many times before, I have her discount number Marylin was the employee that check me out she knows me well and she knows my mom bc they work together and she has checked me out several times but she stated, in front of a store full of customers, my mom had to be in the store bc my mom had made a complaint about people using discounts.I did not know what she was talking about so I called my mom and she brought her discount card in with my name on it to prove I was on her discount card. I felt very attacked and embarrassed and sadly because of this very poor customer service I will not be back to Goodys."
