"I've shopped at Goody's for years. The associates have always been helpful in scanning a coupon from their book if it was in date or abetter than the one I had brought in to use.However, on this occasion the associate never offered to scan a coupon or give me a book. She simply scanned my items and gave me the total. It was only after I brought up a coupon online and she couldn't get it to scan that she offered me the coupon book to use. This may not seem like a big deal but my total went from nearly $70 to about $35! No one likes to feel like they are being ripped off!! I even went back and purchased another shirt because i then had a coupon book and i had saved money."
