"Went in to exchange a sweatshirt upon doing so my daughter found one that happened to be $5 cheaper. When returning Tasha said that I wouldn’t get a refund because it was an exchange..... I argued because it was same brand almost same shirt but was $5 cheaper, she could not comprehend the situation.... after explaining several examples she still couldn’t understand and kept saying “coupons” I even explained that if you exchange at regular price and used the same coupons for each product there would still be a difference owed to me. So she still said no there won’t its an exchange you don’t get anything back, I kept arguing that it’s $5 cheaper so I should get something back whether it be cash or credited to account, her reply was no you used coupons..... evidently money, addition and subtraction is not one of her strong points. This all happened after our original associate Nikita tried explaining it to her. Poor, poor customer service. I hope all customers don’t get treated this way."
