"I was checking out and was purchasing two items that were supposed to be 50% off. I had earned some rewards and the cashier asked if I wanted to use them. After she applied them I was told that rewards were removed prior to the 50% off and I owed quite a bit more than I though I would, so I told her just to ring them up and save my rewards for later. She got hostile and began to berate me in front of other customers, saying that I was the reason that the store was closing and that people that actually expected to purchase an item with their rewards were ridiculous. Since I was embarrassed I paid for my items and left. However upon getting home I decided to return to the store and return the items and never shop your stores again. Even if it reopens with a new name. "
