"#1 Did not receive reward, mgr. did not understand & called in. She was on hold for over a hour WHILE I STOOD THERE! #2 I am requesting compensation for that wasted hour (it was a less than 5 minute explanation, that the mgr. should probably have know). #3 Your online ordering in store should show how many items are available. #4 This store could be more profitable if it had an fully stocked shoe department. There are only 2 shoe stores in this area! #5 Larger sizes in the men's shoes should be in stock...very few styles have any stock over 10.5 and both men in our family wear bigger than that. PLEASE SEND ANOTHER $5 REWARD IN ADDITION TO THE REWARD I EARNED to atone for the fact I had to stand there for a hour!"
