"Pricing, signs and product need to be placed correctly. A clerk should not argue with me, with you have a rack full of the same product with a sign that clearly states 40% off marked price. The price was reduced to $24.99 and another 40% off the marked price does not equal $24.99, it should be $14.99. And after showing them the sign and the wording the conversation should have ended there. They did finally give it to me. But I am the customer, I am not responsible for your product being in the wrong place, that is your bad. And I would bet if I return after work, it will still be wrong. I HATE when stores misrepresenting pricing - that is a deal breaker for me."

"I was happy to get a good deal on two clearance items with a buy one, get one free coupon. I was not happy, though, that I did not also get the discount I usually get on Tuesdays for being a member of the 50 Plus Club. When I asked about it, the clerk told me that I couldn't get that discount along with the coupon I used. On my previous visit on a Tuesday, I received the over 50 club discount even though I had a coupon. The clerk that day said it happens automatically...I think based on my phone number. Tonight, the clerk ran the transaction without my phone number being requested. I am not happy about that."
