"There are no associates on the floor to help shoppers. The fitting rooms are dirty and in need of repairs. The fitting rooms are never emptied by sales associates. The clearence racks are a mess. Very hard to shop because the merchandise is not sorted into size. Large items with small,etc. I do not take the time to go through the racks because of the disorganized of sizes. Result - clearence does not sell well."
