"It was awful! Your store sent me an email offering me $10 off of $10 purchase.Every experience at this store is ridiculous. Numerous customers ask ME what is on sale.We bought the same shirt different colors. 60% off from a shelf of about 50 shirts. She then took my $10 off coupon and told me I owed $5.69. Wrong! She said that’s just how her computer does it. It was the wrong price. I can do simple math! She called a manager and they started telling me that some should be clearance and some probably aren’t. What?!?! How do I know? They are all the same on the same shelf. They said, I don’t know.” She fixed it and left. The cashier was about as sorry of an excuse of customer service as I have received in forever! She finished the transaction without talking to us. Did not thank us. Handed us our change and receipt without a word. We said thank you and she closed mouth uh huh. Then she proceeded to just stand there and stare at me. Name doesn’t matter if you have hateful employees!!!"

"I was there today and there were no carts available. I got a few things and couldn’t carry any more. I asked an associate about carts, or carry baskets. She acted annoyed that I had asked and just gave me a short answer of “if there’s none there, then they’re being used.” Now, I noticed at least 2 carts full of inventory. There were only a handful of people in the store, so what do they have, like 3 or 4 carts? I paid for the things I was holding and left. They lost business from me because I had intentions on doing much more shopping...if I had a cart to put stuff in!"
