"The only reason my wait at cgeckout was so long was that there was a complication at tge other register. My reciept says Anna rang me out, she was an older black lady. She did an awesome job of resolving the issue with the other register while she was processing an exchange for the gentleman in front of me. Taking care of the custome at the other register to resolve her issue with payment and ringing me out. She apologized for my wait and was super friendly. I just hope she is recognized for her exceptional awesome customer service skills."
