"I shop the goody's store in Excelsior springs. Yesterday I was trying to find a pair of jeans and an associate walked within 1 foot of me to hand back some garments. she did not speak. The jeans were crammed on a rack and not in sizes (ie, from size 6 on up. Tey were all jumbled in together) then I was looking at dresses and a very nice associate asked if I needed help. When I told her yes, she took very good care of me the rest of the time I was there. She is the first person to provide such personal attention to my needs."

She listened to me, cared about my hard day—she could tell I was struggling with motherly stress so she SHOPPED FOR ME. I told her I was in need of some socks and I just paid my credit card bill so I needed something pretty much free as I had a $10 off $10... I had been good to my obligation on my credit account so she had me learn about the opportunities online and via my phone number as she shopped through clearance for me (I was in a hurry). I am going here just to converse with her and hit the deals!"
