"The Fort Payne store has a very wonderful and friendly staff. I can actually find pants for my tall and skinny husband there. It is very hard at other retail stores around to find pants for him. I recently bought winter clothes there for my family. I absolutely enjoy the clothes. All are made of good quality material, not thin like other retailers. It is worth the money! Cash back rewards are awesome also!"

"I was very unsatisfied with my shopping experience today. I received a $10.00 card to use on my purchase and was not allowed to use it. He told me I would have to use it on a clearance item and after going back to find an item on the clearance rack and coming back to pay for it was told it could not be used on it either. I made the purchase for the items I brought to the register the first time even though I was not allowed to use the card but then when I was told I could not use it on the clearance item I refused to buy it. This was the most dissatisfied I have ever been with a shopping experience at this store but I will not be going back for awhile. I have always had good experiences with my shopping trips at Goody's until today and it was totally upsetting to me. There was also 2 other ladies who tried to use their coupon who was not allowed to use it. I don't know why they were at another register but I know they did not make their purchase because of this."
