"Vandi Perry is always a very attentive and friendly store associate. Most of the salesladies in the store are. I just don't like anything nasty or dirty and your dressing rooms are appallingly filthy. Management should be ashamed for anyone to enter these filthy dressing rooms with all the stains and nasty stuff all over the walls, doors, mirrors and the seats. I will never ever go into another Goody's dressing room. This was the Gardendale Store."

"I went to the Gardendale Alabama location today and had the worst experience of my life. The Goodys employee (Connie Simpson) was so rude to me and my family. I had a return with no receipt and she treated us so disrespectful. She told me that I could not exchange my items for the correct size nor get a merchandise credit without a receipt. She was unpleasant and unprofessional. At one point, she became so frustrated that she started yelling at us. I will never go back to this store!"

"Had a great shopping experience. I shopped off the Clearance racks. They had a sale, buy 1 get 2 free. I had a $10 Birthday coupon so I ended up with 6 NICE tops for $13 and change. You can't do better than that. I love this store....."

My only complaint is I have son who uses a walker and it is very difficult for him to get around in the store because it is so crowded. I even get cramped in some areas, especially the shoe dept.
