"Great store...love shopping at Goody's, BUT why do you make it so difficult to use your coupons. Often clerks say 'You can only use this on Tuesday.' or 'This can't be used on this item.' You punish consumers....lure them in with the coupons and then we can't use them. Also, why don't the associates have coupons at the checkout that consumers can use? If you forget your coupon you're out of luck. I'm beginning to think coupons are a big joke, just a ruse to get customers to come to the store. If your company REALLY wanted to give people a break you would make it easier to use coupons."
