"I’ve always loved Goodys but today was awful. Went in to buy shoes and the shoe section is a mess. Can’t find anything! Shoes in wrong boxes , mix matched sizes in boxes, the display had 100 dang shoes all over it so you couldn’t even tell which shoes were actually on display! Ask for help with something and you get a cold shoulder. Management really needs an overhaul "

"We love shopping at Goody’s! But the customer service today was not very pleasant! Brenda (that’s what Morena called her) & another young woman were talking and socializing with each other & we had to ask where stuff was & we walked up to the counter to check out, where they were standing!, & they didn’t move, we walked to the other side where Morena was already checking out a customer so we waited in line. Morena the sales associate who checked us out was very nice. Morena even had to answer the phone, while checking us out, because the other women didn’t move to answer the phone when it rang."

"I love the sales that Stage offers. The selections of color for one particular item. I have saved a lot of money when I shop the sales at Goodys. I don’t like the fact that there is rarely any sales on the colognes and perfumes nor the makeup lines which is Clinique and Estée Lauder. I usually can always find something cute and stylish from my local Goodys. The down side to this store is the employees. There’s one that’s usually in her house shoes, one associate that NEVER EVERRRRRRRRRRR SMILES NOR GREETS YOU NOR WILL SHE ASK IF YOU NEED ANY HELP!!!! NONE OF THEM OUT OF ALL SIX CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING EITHER MAKEUP LINE. The employees just don’t seem happy nor do they volunteer their assistance."
"I walked in and no one spoke. Ok fine no problem. When I got ready to check out the sales associate was very friendly with the lady in front of me, took her time etc. When I walked up I had to speak to her first and she gave a dry hey. Told her the two separate transactions I had. Paid for the first one and she handed me a receipt. So The next transaction she stood there for a second then said i'm waiting on you to get started, you have to put your number in to do so mind you I didnt know I had to give my # to start a transaction. She never said the total, i had to read the amount and paid her. While doing this another lady I know walked in and we greeted as always smiling. She then speaks to her personally by name. She then hands me my change and receipt and says you got it and that was it. So I say well thank you and she responds mm hmm & that was it. Mind you I do not know this lady but of course I've seen her from shopping there but the tone she carried was very unpleasant and my fiance and I have agreed to shop elsewhere. I'm not going to spend my money there and deal with dry attitudes. No thank you."
