"Any time my children and I have been shopping around, ALL of the employees make themselves available for assistance and are always visible in case you change your mind. Despite the tremendous store closing sale happening, the store is very clean and well organized. There are always customers shopping all over the store, but there is never a line waiting to check out. I do not remember the names of the other associates, but I noted that Tonya rang up my purchases. Tonya is definitely a VALUABLE ASSET for Stage stores. When she is not behind the cash register, she is helping to make the entire storefront a cleaner, more organized environment. She can be observed interacting professionally with the other associates and overheard engaging in pleasant conversation with them, as well as customers. I have really enjoyed the shopping experiences I've had at this store.looking forward to continuing this, going forward into the changing of the store that's coming soon. Keep growing and making"

"I had a question about a coupon that i got in mail and i had made a purchase and i thought they should have given me the discount along with the one they had on the cash register and the Manager explained it to me to my satisfaction, that the discount in the register was the $20.00 christmas gift that i had received in mail. Also i got a $15.00 ticket on my sales receipt and today i went back to get some potpourri, i ask the cashier how much it was and she told me it was half price, but when i checked out and gave her the $15.00 ticket i was charged the full price. I didn't think that was right. But i guess that is your policy, not sure. I am still confused over this....I thought i should have gotten the potpourri for half price even with the ticket."
"The reason Goodys continues to open and reclose is the same problem it has never gotten rid of. It’s overpriced and the “sale gimmick “ does not fool people who pay attention. It’s not 40% off if you mark up the price 3 times what it cost everywhere else just to be able to say it’s 40% off that’s still more than it cost elsewhere. This is why I don’t shop there regularly. I also get annoyed with everything the cashiers try to push on you,,, you want my phone number, to give me a magazine subscription and to beg me to get a credit card because I spent $10 in your store. It’s annoying I just want to pay for my items and leave. Please stop with pricing gimmicks if you just sold stuff at the prices your competitors do or a few bucks cheaper your store would do better."
