"I had a receipt for $5 payback reward and the young lady name Gracie would not except it. She stated that the store was having internet issues and being that once I put in my number it didn’t show up. I showed her my receipt from my last visit where it clearly stated that I had a $5 payback. She still refused to allow me to use it towards my purchase. I don’t see how the stores WiFi/computer issues have anything to do with myself and my purchase. I will never shop at another Goodys and I understand why they’re re going out of business it’s because of the rude cashiers that act like the little $5 is coming out of their check. I felt like I was being rushed. The manager was sitting right behind her and she heard the entire conversation and she didn’t even look up nor attempt to make things right.
