"Sales clerk was very rude. Said I couldn't use the discount code I had from the advertising texts I get daily from Goody's because I don't have a Goody's card. Was pressuring me very hard to apply for a card. Asked me at least 8 times although I was very firm that I didn't want one. She said I shouldn't even be getting the texts because I don't have a card. Refused to even try to apply to code to see if it would work. The texts have NOTHING to do with having a credit card. She basically made me pay an extra $35 because I wouldn't apply for a card. If I didn't need the clothes for a wedding in 2 days, I would have walked out. I definitely will not be returning to Goody's ever again."

"After asking a question about a coupon. The store associate carrie, stormed away snarling at me... Then proceeded to tell another associate, that thing over there is asking about these coupons. Referring to me. Then she decided to talk about another associate to her co worker saying they had a messed up family while I was checking out... Not once was I ever spoken to by her. Just ignored. During another visit a colored lady told me that I could use my $10 gift coupon so I shopped according to that. Then I checked out for another associate to rudely explain to me that I could not, and there's no reason that this Rhonda lady should have told me that I could. Just over all unprofessional and unsatisfactory service."

"Experience was great but wish Goody’s would take the exclusions off the coupons so that customers can actually use them instead of throwing them away! Coupons should be able to be used when purchasing cosmetics, fragrances and Doorbusters."
