"The whole experience was bad. The fitting rooms were nasty, the customer service was terrible, the associates provided inaccurate info. They said that everything store wide was 40% off when I asked, two different people. Upon checkout some items were only 10% off. When I addressed that the cashier didn’t say anything she just kept ringing everything up. She was very rude."

"The store was almost completely empty except maybe 3 other customers and maybe 3 associates that I seen. The store was clean and very organized. There were signs everywhere that almost gave me the feeling that the store was closing, but come to find out it isn't. The signs in the windows of a mega sale is was prompted me to come in and take a look around. I really didn't see any associates walking the floor but I wasn't looking for one either. The cashier was especially nice, upbeat and courteous. She greeted me, asked if I found everything Ibwas looking for and answered a question about how long the sale was going to last. I enjoyed talking to her for those few minutes! I really felt like a valued customer! I will definitely shop here again for the sale but for the customer service which was top notch!"
