"General experience was good, however when I got in the check out line the clerk told me, you can check out in shoes. I told him I was back there and it was a line so I came here, and I did not feel like walking to the back of the store again. After that he was not friendly to me at all, acted like a robot, very cold to me, I noticed he was friendly with the other customers also helpful. While he was checking the person out in front of me, a patron ask him a question about something in the store and he left his station to help her before he completed the customer's transaction before me. He did not thank me, tell me to come back or have a good day etc., like he was telling the other customers. I previously made a purchase the same day, the clerk was very helpful, friendly and cordial, in fact I received this coupon I used to purchase the shoes at 40% off this transaction. I was very upset with the clerk during this transaction. I physically did not feel like walking to the back of the store again to be checked out! I really didn't see why it mattered to him sin ce he was there to Work anyway."
