"27: Approximately how long did you wait in line to pay for your purchase?I waited at least 15 minutes in line but I didn't mind the wait.An associate was helping an elderly lady apply for a card. Once she finally got to the end of the process, the elderly lady accidentally canceled everything. She had to pull all her info ( phone number and such) out of her purse again and start the process from the beginning. The associate helping her was very kind and patient."

"My experience was good. The associates were kind and very helpful when needed. I did not mention to them about items not available in the size i needed thus i was not given the option to order online. The store was clean, but i felt the limited space in between the racks caused me to feel crowded. There were several others shopping as well. I feel that often time my experience in the store is greatly judged by the customer service which was excellent even if I did not find everything I needed."
