"Sales persons (was there twice) needed Managers' assistance..not bad..lst time. in line one hour, 40mins. approx, visit #2,,everything in cart had to be rechecked, set off alarm, but nothing found,,went thru twice"
"At this visit, I was not greeted upon entering..which isn't a big deal to me, but the associates were talking to each other and didn't even acknowledge me. I needed help to get something off the top rack, and no one was around..I hunted someone down who said there should be a hook, which I hadn't seen, she seemed bothered to have to come find one, which in the mean time based upon where she thought one may be, I found it and got it down myself. She didn't even offer to get it down for me. Usually I have better service than that.."
