"The store is too hot. The air conditioning is either not working or not lowered enough. Trying on clothes is impossible which results in me having to return items after I have tried them on in the comfort of my home. The employees are miserable and so are the customers. The employees try so hard to make the experience better and positive but they are understaffed and stretchd thin, as well as under airconditioned. Last winter, they had no heat and now no air. This is not a store level probelm. This is CORPORATE."
