"I went to return something that I purchased and the associate was rude. She kept having me slide my card several times and I was not comfortable doing so because she could not tell me why I had to keep sliding it. She just said that's the way it is. So someone else walked up and I said that the associate I was dealing with was rude and she laughed. So the manager finally came and helped and I still had to slide my debit card several times and it still did not work. I had my receipt for my return. I was going to purchase something else but I had used a $10.00 off coupon on the purchase I returned and they said I lost the coupon because I was returning the item. Most managers would have honored the coupon. The manager at this store is lacking because you can tell due to how her staff acts and thinks it is ok to be rude to a paying customer. I have never been treated in such a way in my life. I told the cashier I was going to do a survey and she said go ahead I don't care so clearly these mean nothing and nothing will be said other wise she would care. The staff at this store have lost you a customer for sure."
