"My experience in the Goody's store has always been very pleasant. The associates are always ready to help with anything you need assistance with. I forgot my coupons and the associate showed me how to find them on my iphone so now I always have them with me. The quality of the garments that are sold in the store are good quality. I also like ordering online and having items shipped to the store for free, saving me postage."

"I went in to Goodys to use a gift card they sent for Christmas. I bought 2 slacks, but didn't try on due to broken arm. Upon trying on at home, I didn't like the pants. I took them back, and lost the amount of the gift card. They would not transfer the amount to one pair of pants, so I just said the heck w it, and returned it all. This is a unacceptable return policy. Goodys should put the gift card amount they sent onto another gift card, but instead they take the amount they just gave you back. I won't be going in again."
"I walk with a cane and with great difficulty, so leaning on a shopping cart, I can only spend a short time looking for a gift I need. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes and the associate gave me a discount which helped tremendously. Would be nice if an electric cart was available for the handicapped."
