"The aisles are too narrow & there are a lot of clearance items that have been on clearance for over 6 months. The racks have too many items on them. Hard to get one item down without taking down 2 or 3 more items."

"Good overall...Would like to see more variety in smaller sizes. Comment..It was pouring down raining, several customers (all older women) requested a bag to cover their heads with as they left the store,two of which had been in front of me & had just made purchases. They were told by a woman working behind the counter, not the cashier (Joan) that was against company policy,but she could have a trash bag. The first woman received one,the other two didn't as that was all they had. That felt uncomfortable to witness. I joked to the woman in front of me that she could wear her purchases (two jackets) & use the purchase bag over her head...she did !! They were drenched & had to walk thru a large puddle in front of the store in sandals none the less. Shortly there after my husband arrived w/an umbrella for me, too late for them :( Any solution to this, a few less expensive bags for rainy days or an inexpensive poncho w/stage logo on it ??? Felt like the bags were worth more than the customer"

Because of her assistance, I purchased an additional item. The employees seemed to enjoy assisting and interacting with us, the customers. Someone is doing something right in managing that store.
