"I love this store in London. The ladies who work there are very sweet and attentive. I went in on Christmas Eve and they were very busy. I did ask one of them to assist me at the perfume counter and she was so very helpful and nice. While we were there, another lady who came into the store right after me, starting complaining that she had been waiting for help for over 30 minutes which was a total fabrication, because I had only been there for 10 minutes and she came in when I did. She gave the poor ladies who worked there great grief and I felt so sorry for them. But the assistant Manager Brandi handled it with great grace and was very sweet to the mean lady and apologized profusely even while the lady was being very rude and causing a scene in the crowded store. I think the ladies who worked in the store that night should be applauded for the great grace and dignity they showed even in the face of being humiliated by ungrateful patrons. As someone who has worked in retail myself I know the motto is that the Customer is always right, but I am sorry, in this case the customer was a ****, and I just wanted you all to know that as another customer who was there, your employees were the ones who were in the right, and the customer was just being a rude person."

"I had earned reward from my last shopping trip. When I went to cashier I was asked if my purchase would be on a card and was asked to swipe my card. I mentioned that I had reward that I would like to apply to purchase and the cashier took them from me stating she didn't think multiples could be used but she tried. End result there was $0.00 being owed. The transaction ended without a signature from me, I was handed my receipt and at this point I could even still see my transaction on the screen. I noticed that my $10.00 reward was reduced to $2.99 so I had lost out on $7.01 in reward due to the cashier not paying attention and suggesting that I should of considered the loss. I immediately asked that I be given the $10.00 reward back and pay the $2.99 and have the opportunity to use it at another time. The cashier called to someone that said there was nothing that could be done because the transaction was closed. I said that it was a very disappointing $7.00 loss to me and walked out. I had not even had my hand on the bag with the item off the counter, so how this is something that couldn't of been corrected for the error I will never understand. None the less my future plan is to not return to this store again and I plan to close my credit account with the store also because if this experience."

"Considering I was shopping on Thanksgiving, everything was great. It was pretty cramped due to the size of store in comparison to the amount of inventory and amount of people shopping but I managed, other than my purse getting caught on a rack in a tight space and it broke my purse strap. All the associates were great as always and went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for."
