"Terrible 1st time experience! I ordered online & drove an hr out of my way to this. I am extremely unhappy with the way the associates treated me. The store was empty when we arrived, I stood at CS waiting for assistance to pick up my order. The lady looked over the online items several time & mine was there I had order number for her & she still needed help finding it. Another lady( **** rude lady) helped her get my order & check me out. I went to shoe dept to try my shoes on to see which pair fit then I retired the other pair. So back waiting at CS too long again. While doing return I asked if toys on sale since no sign. I didn't even want to make a purchase after this but did for my child.She found 2 items she's wanted for a while but I won't go back for the other! Assuming I'm poor was just extremely rude of them!The store was too small w/too much inventory making it hard to enjoy shopping here.I would've been happier if they could've sent my Peebles in Logan.Help change my mind"
