"I love shopping here. My favorite store and has been for years."

"I was very disappointed in the associate that was in charge this afternoon. Her name was Stacey. She was very unprofessional. She told the young lady waiting on me Shyann to go back through juniors and straighten it up again when she finished what she was doing the young lady responded I haven’t gotten to it yet and then Stacey the one in charge said well well which was just unprofessional and rude to speak to her that way in front of me the customer. It really embarrassed her and I was embarrassed for her. I could tell he upset her and I told her I was sorry and couldn’t believe you talk to her that way in front of me. Shyann finally asked someone else to finish checking me out so she could step away and try to keep it together. If she needed correcting she could have spoken with her after she checked me out. She was several feet away from us I am sure others in the store heard it as well. I was just in shock that she had spoken to her that way."

"It was a little warm in the store to stay in and shop too long, so i just popped in and out that day. I spent $108 at the Este Lauder counter only to find out they didn't have the Free Gift sent to the store! That was a dissappointment. Their cosmetics associate is excellent and it's a shame she's not given all the tools she needs to make all the sales she can! Shame on Este Lauder foe short changing her!"
