"I was asked to participate in this survey. To be completely honest the things I hate about Goody's are the 98 items and the coupons that never works on anything of value. The Metter location has really gone down in the last month or so, its under a new manager that constantly sits at her desk and never interacts with the customers. What happened to Star?! That was the old store manager. Veronica Walker is one that keeps the store thriving. She's friendly, sweet and have knowledge of style. She's goes the extra mile for us. She even helps put outfits together for us. She's the true champ of that location."

"Personally I am agitated when I'm constantly asked about ordering magazines! I don't like being hassled. The store lately has been a complete mess and unorganized. The clothes are cheap looking and overpriced. Half the time the coupons don't work on the items that the consumer wants. I'm sick of the whole 98items that are never discounted and unavailable for use of a coupon. The staff is forever changing, some of the them are so rude and inconsiderate. They are truly ONLY there for a paycheck. Mrs. Dorothy in the shoe department (older lady) and Veronica (African American cashier) are the only ones who seem to really care about the store/customers. Not sure if I ruffled any feathers but I hope this survey helps to better the company."

"I used to like it when Star was the manager, this new lady ( store manager) looks confused. The store no longer looks clean and the whole vibe there have changed. The staff no longer helps and act sweet like they used to. I think its a matter of time before the entire store closes!!! The staff looks like they're gonna quit at any minute!!! Just bring Star back, jeeze!"
