"I appreciate our Goody's store as there are not many stores in our area that sell clothing. The associate today was very good. She greeted me when I entered the store and showed that she was an experienced customer service representative. It was nice as you don't see a lot of that anymore."

"The experience was great except the little girl who checked me out. I wanted to use two coupons so she rang them up separate, which they have done before, but she acted like it was a real problem. I thanked her for doing it that way and she acted like I was taking money out of her pocket. Must have been a bad day for her because I've never been treated that way before in this store."

"I was highly disappointed in my visit. I arrived at 4:45 amd Ronnie informed me right away that the store was closing in 10 minites even thoigh the website said open until 6. She reminded other customers multiple times in my 10 minute visit that the store was closing in 10 minutes. The other associate informed me that Ronnie had somewhere to be after closing. There was only 1 register open and 4 customers ready to check out. Ronnie stood behind the counter my entire visit wohout helping any customers. Highly disappointed and will drive the 30 minutes to shop in Columbia from now on."
