"I received a $10 off coupon for my birthday along with a sale offer for 50% off store wide (with a few exceptions) so I decided to check your store out. I did not like the selection very much but after some searching was able to find a coat I liked. At check-out I used my 50% off coupon, but the cashier did not allow me to use my $10 off on any item over $10 coupon. She explained to me that I can not combine deals like that. Then she started explaining how your deals system works and it was all very confusing. I am used to shop in other stores where they allow you to combine your deals and really enjoy your shopping experience. I wish you would re-think your policy about combining deals."
