"My experience on this visit was great and the associate was very nice. However, I was frustrated with this location because I had attempted to return the same item about a week before and the MANAGER turned me away, saying I bought it online and needed to mail the return back. This location is the closest to where I live. So I left, called customer service to see about mailing it back and they told me I could return in store. Today it went so smoothly and I’m a little confused as to why it didn’t go that way he first time, especially if the manager was there."
