I bet I know why...the men's department was clean and organized. The ladies department and juniors were a mess. You couldn't be certain if things were on sale or not...and they were in such a mess. Maybe she should have been trying to organize the department instead of whining and complaining at her sales figures. I have worked retail myself, sitting and working on the computer and complaining where customers could hear was never something we had time for on a weekend. Especially a weekend between Black Friday and Christmas. Good luck on your sales percentages....the Goody's in Paducah went out of business a couple years ago, that's why I have to drive to Murray to shop the store in person. Maybe you all don't know Christmas is soon. The lady that was working the register asked if I was buying gifts or if it was just things my family needed....?"
