"Associate used the wrong coupon for my purchase, I gave her a coupon for 30% off my total purchase using my Goodys card but she only gave me 25% off and I didn't see this until I had my bags loaded in my car then I returned to the store where she acknowledged it was her mistake but couldn't correct the mistake unless I brought my purchase back into the store so a refund could be done and everything checked out again which I was unwilling to do because of my time."

"The store doesn't seem organized in each department. It would be easier to go straight to the plus sizes if it were labeled. It would be the same for the mens. We went back and forth several times in the ladies section to find plus sized tshirts and never found any, so we bought mens tshirts instead.The clearance section wasn't organized in the same way and I didn't even bother to look for sales. I could have looked for things for my daughter if the sizes were clearly marked."
