"I was highly disappointed with my shopping experience this evening. I purchased $144 worth of merchandise and plan to pay with my Goody's card as I had seen a promotion that you would get 40% off if you used your Goody's card. The associate did not use the coupon prior to scanning a gift card that I had. So told me that she was unable to terminate the transaction or get my gift card back. Basically the associate stole my $50 gift card due to the fact she refused to give me the 40% off coupon that I was entitled. She text her manager since there was not a manager available and the response she got which I saw the phone said no we cannot do anything she cannot get her gift card back and must follow through with the purchase. I felt very bullied, I felt very belittled at the register and that is just unacceptable. I left the store and thankfully went to another Goody's store which rectify the situation. I will never visit this location again."
