"I was trying to find the dressing room. Every one of those associates just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. The manager, being very rude pointed to the dressing room. When I was ready to check out there was about 5 associates just standing at the counter,no one offered to check me out. After about 5 minutes if standing there.with no one in line, one of the associates finally checked me out. I see why that store is closing. They were so rude to my granddaughters and I."

"I buy just about all my clothes there. I get the quality I can't find in other stores. I have noticed, however, over the years that some items are not as high quality as they used to be. Thinner materials, hems and seams not finished as neatly. But there are still a lot of high quality items. And the sales are great."

"The cashier was very friendly and polite. I wasn’t going to use my Stage Store credit card but she encouraged me to do so because they were having double points for rewards at the time. She then explained that I could turn around and pay off my stage store credit card with my debit card which is very convenient. I don’t know any other store that you are able to do this at. I actually earned $5 rewards for doing as she suggested. I’m glad she took the time to explain all of that to me and was so patient with me as well. I also love the expanded home section at the store, it has always been my favorite department."
"I needed a shirt immediatly, I went to the store, was greeted by an associate, I walked right to the area of the shirts, found what I wanted, ended up buying 2, and a belt. Went back to the front of the store where someone was in line, and the other associate quickly offered to help me on the other register. Very impressive experience."

"As I stated above the petite has been downsized drastic and I also noticed the plus size department appeared to be downsized. The store had been rearranged since the last time I was in there so I had to adjust to that but the misses department didn't seem right. Lots of pants but not many tops. It seems the jr. department gets bigger but when I am the store I mostly see middle age or older that don't and can't wear those styles. If this path keeps up I will just be visiting this store less and less. Use to like it but now not so much. I just won't waste my time coming in."
