"I made a large purchase of infant items needed to attend a baby shower. The associate proceeded to remove my hangers off of the infant items I asked to keep the hangers I was told I could not keep thee hangers.I asked if she could make an exception this time and I was told no. I was very disappointed To have to attend a baby shower with infant clothes not on hangers. I don’t understand how those little tiny hangers can be reused. I have made several purchases before and this has never happened."

"My experence with the store I shope is usually wonderful, espically when Ashley is working. She is absoutley Fantastic !!! But this visit was disappointing because when my Pay back cash was applied it took away from the 40% off coupon and that is not fair to the customer. I called the main store and He pretty much agreed that, Yea.. that's what they do. Our cash back should not be used like that. It should be used as real money. It has made me not want to earn extra bucks. Beall's store does not do that. Ms. Ashley was kind enough to even call her boss to aske why. The computer automatically does it. So I beleive my shopping will not be as often as I normally shopped at Goody's. I have no problem with my Goody's store but I do for Corporate. I will let people know who shop there, that your extra bucks only worth that value if your not using any other coupon or % off that the sign says you are suppose to get off, when buying that product."

"I came into Goodys looking for a secret Santa gift for a coworker. I was not greeted by the group of 4 to 5 associates just sitting behind the counter. The entire time I shopped near the counter I was overhearing the group of coworkers rant disturbingly about customers that previously shopped at this establishment. Although the talk of a paying customer is extremely inappropriate, they were speaking in a loud tone that customers around could here. When I was finally ready to check out, I had to wait to get someone’s attention because almost all coworkers that were on the same shift were having a little pow wow behind the counter. I will not return to this store. Horrible service!!!!"
