"Very disappointed with my experience at Goodys in Rincon. I went in to do an even exchange on perfume, same brand and same size bottle just a different scent, and they would not do the exchange. It was given to me for Christmas and I just wanted to switch but they said I owed $40 because it was purchased during a sale. I should not have to pay more for what should be an even exchange. I ended up with a smaller bottle and still have to pay a little overage. Most other retailers would have just switched the products. I will not be going back "

I asked a question about the prices and her response was short and snippy. On the few occassions that I have shopped here the associates were friendly and I felt welcome.
