"The store in Savannah overcame a bad experience I had with trying to pay my bill over the phone. I was really irritated when I went in, but they were so nice! Showed me the fantastic sale that was going on and where the best deals were( I told them I didn't have much time,had surgery the week before still had stitches in face).I browsed a few minutes and before long had to ask for a buggy! Ended up filling it three times! They were just so nice! Stephen REALLY went out of his way even brought a couple of things for me to try to the dressing area like one of the BIG Department stores would do! He and Matt loaded my purchases for me and everything. I have NEVER been treated as well at a Goody's before. So I came back the next day to exchange a baking pan and bought more because I forgot about my cat tree and the 60% off ended that day!! PLus I had earned $$ rewards!! was even helped to make sure I didn't lose all of my rewards by not using them.I would have lost half of them! Just a great employee that has regained a customer for life!! Matt the Assistant manager started it by being so nice to begin with."
