"The phone rang when I was checking out. The cashier answered it put the person on hold went over the intercom for someone to take the call. The store manager was in the back with a truck but she was not professional when responding back about the call. You could tell she didn’t want to be bothered and her tone of voice she said I’m with a truck someone else has to take the call. The poor cashier didn’t know the answer. She got the answer. It was their district manager on hold about broken hot sauce bottles."
