"I received excellent customer service from Debbie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. However I am very disappointed that Goody's will not invest in the store. The air conditioner clearly was not working properly it was very hot and uncomfortable shopping, the poor employees were miserably hot. The store and dressing room were straight and in order but the carpets are in need of replacement, they have terrible spots and old. The dressing room has been torn up by customers, the wall paper has big torn areas and the carpet is heavily stained and smells. The employees keep the store in order and clean these issues are wear and tear over time. This is an issue out of the employees hands, it needs to be taken care of from the corporation. I love Goody's and the fact that I don't have to drive into Louisville to shop, it would be nice for the company to listen to its customers and fix needed updates and repairs!!!"

"You used to have the best plus size dept. then it really went to crap. The manager there now is bringing it back slowly but surely. We need a bigger plus size dept. here. Casual pieces nothing fancy. This store also needs new carpeting desperately. There is a nasty smell like nasty carpet."
