"I feel that extra staff would help a lot. I could see 3 workers on November 21, 2017 and only 2 of them actually working. The third, the store manager, was helping one girl bag that looked as though she could handle it herself. There were multiple customers in the store and nobody was being assisted. I need to mention that Michelle is very pleasant and it seemed as though her line was longer due to the fact that she was more talkative, friendly and even with the pressure of all of the customers, she smiled."

"I felt very comfortable shopping. I did not feel pressured by sales people asking if I needed help. I was greeted as I came in the store, which is enough for me. If I need help, I will definitely ask for it. The clerks were there if I needed help. When I did check out, the young lady was very friendly and helpoful in asking about the charge applications and the payback rewards, which I signed up for by the way. The store was very clean and not at all crowded. I definitely enjoyed shopping with my 14 yr old grand daughter. We will be back to do some school shopping. This will be her first year of high school, and we are very excited. She saw several cute outfits she liked."
