"I got a pair of earrings with a $10 card received in the mail. I bought a 2nd pair at half price. One pair was broken/closure. I took them right back in the store but they did not have another pair like them. Instead of using the pair I bought as my $10.00 gift card I was refunded 2.68. Soooo I lost my gift card. The associate was very nice and explained that's how the computer figures it up."

"All personnel are always welcoming, and ready and willing to accommodate me. I am always pleased with their service, even if I leave without a purchase. One concern I do have is the fact that they must always ask if anyone wants to subscribe to magazines. I realize the subscriptions are free, but I don't like having to say no each time I make a purchase. That is the only negative aspect of shopping at Goody's. I don't think it is fair to the staff or the customers."
