"The associate who checked us out was not very knowledgable about your sales and products. We specifically went in because of the large clearance event. The associate could not tell us what price each item was, then said everything is either $4.99 or $9.99. One of my shirts rang up $6.96 (clearance) and she couldn't tell me why. I asked her to take it off then and she was very rude about it. She actually asked me what difference does $2 make. I wanted to put my whole order back when she said that."
