"I believe that people that work in the retail industry should provide excellent customer service skills. When I worked my 2nd job in retail, I knew my customers by name and noticed what they like so when I got something new in that they would like I let them know. That helped to increase sales. I rotated the mannequins with my new merchandise and the outfit that I put together would sell of the mannequin. You must have an eye for detail and keep the store spaced out and not so cluttered as to give shoplifters places to steal. I don’t believe cashiers should be accountable for theft. The company should pay for a security guard to cut the cost that they are losing from theft; whether it’s employee or consumer theft, it will be cut down."
