"Horrible....I asked if I could make 2 transactions so I may use coupons I had. The lady was not happy and said I could use all the coupons at once. When it did not work that way, she didn't offer me another transaction she just rudely said I could not use all coupons. I asked prior to make multiple purchases so I may use coupons, I feel this should be allowed. I live on a budget and try to smart shop which means using several coupons to save."

"I use Goody's for the coupon's and having a credit card. I'm filling out this survey because I'm so tired of the rudeness of the store manager. It's ridiculous the atmosphere of the store and the way she treats customers. The shoe department is never organized. You can never find your size or color of display. Most of the time I have to have the shoe ordered. When using multiple coupons some cashiers will do this and other's say they can't. I like the clothes from the store and the coupons but the employees there need to be more friendly and helpful especially the manager. This store is the only choice in Wytheville that we have for purchasing nice clothing"
