"I wish I checked with reseller ratings prior to making my purchase.
The order I received was not the item I wanted and after speaking with the customer service rep, I would have to pay for the shirt to be shipped back to St. Louis and then pay again for them to ship the shirt back to me. The shirt is $12 and I already paid $9.50 for shipping so that would mean I would have to pay a total of $28.50 in shipping for a twelve dollar shirt. I asked the rep if she would be willing to meet me halfway and cover the shipping for one way and she said they could not.
I have disputed with my credit card company and I am extremely disappointed that Google would set up a business with a company that is unwilling to make a compromise with their customers (Gateway CDI)."

No Device, called in, refunded shipping promised one would be overnighted. Still no Device. Called in 3rd time told nothing they can do, will speak with the specialist team to get a refund! Held my money for a month and got nothing, illegal crooks stay away!!"

"They claimed that my credit card was bad. In fact I double checked the number on my bank's website and the amount was listed as pending...
When I called Google they said:
that they had to cancel all orders becuase they found a fradulent credit card, but didn't know which one!!!
Even though I got email says the order has been shipped, it is actually not shipped if it says bad credit card below.
Obvisouly they haven't figured out how to process credit cards. I will watch my statements closely for a while. If I see the charge, BBB and Attorney General will be hearing about this."
